Terms & Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content included on this site—including but not limited to the any photograph, artwork, painting, video, file, writing as well as Ancient Futurism movement, shamanic visual captures, quantum-poetic descriptions, and the "Ancestors of the futre" series, "the journey of remembrance series" etc—is the exclusive Intellectual Property of  @ Oliver Katibi Stalmans.

This property is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The acquisition of a physical work (the "Property") grants the collector the right to private display only; the Intellectual Property (the right to replicate, modify, or digitally distribute) remains eternally and exclusively with the Artist.

2. Biological Origin & "Non-Synthetic" Guarantee

Oliver Katibi Stalmans certifies that 100% of the works presented are of Biological Origin. These are hand-channeled, embodied soul-works created without the use of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or synthetic diffusion tools. This is a commitment to Neural-Coherence and authentic human craftsmanship.

3. Absolute Prohibition of AI Training & Scraping

Notice is hereby given that:

• No Data Mining: Use of this site for "data mining," "scraping," or "harvesting" is strictly prohibited.

• No AI Training: The use of any images or text from this site to train, "fine-tune," or prompt Generative AI models (including but not limited to Midjourney, DALL-E, and Stable Diffusion) is a direct violation of these Intellectual Property terms.

4. Unauthorized Use & Liquidated Damages

Any unauthorized commercial use, AI training, or algorithmic mimicry of the Intellectual Property of Oliver Katibi Stalmans is subject to a base penalty of $250,000 USD per individual work, or 50% of any gross revenue derived from the use of said work (whichever is greater). The Artist reserves the right to seek further statutory damages and injunctive relief for the compromise of the "Biological Origin" and "Ancient Futurism" brand integrity.

5. Collector’s Rights & Provenance

Collectors receive a Certificate of Authenticity. All Provenance is tracked to maintain the highest investment value for "Ancient Gatekeepers," high-net-worth curators, and those seeking true Quantum Coherence in art.

6. Jurisdictional Authority

These terms are governed by International Copyright Treaties. Any disputes regarding the breach of these Intellectual Property rights will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Artist's choosing.
